Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy forms part of the Terms of Use published at newvision.io and should be read together with it. All matters not covered by this Policy, including governing law and dispute resolution, are governed by the Terms of Use.

General Rule

All fees paid to NEWVISION are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, the User acknowledges and accepts this condition.

Exceptions

A refund may be issued in the following circumstances only:

  • A duplicate payment was made for the same subscription period;
  • An overcharge occurred due to a billing error by NEWVISION.

Service Downtime Credits

In the event of a service outage caused solely by NEWVISION’s infrastructure, the following credits apply:

  • Outage under 24 hours — no credit;
  • Outage of 24 to 72 consecutive hours — a service credit equal to 7 days of the User’s daily fee, applied to the next renewal;
  • Outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours — a pro-rata service credit for the full duration of the outage, applied to the next renewal.

Service credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a cash refund. Scheduled maintenance communicated in advance does not qualify for a credit.

To claim a downtime credit, the User must submit a written request to support@newvision.io within fourteen (14) days of the end of the outage, including the dates affected and a description of the impact.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under one of the eligible circumstances above, the User must contact NEWVISION in writing at support@newvision.io, providing:

  • Name and email address associated with the account;
  • Description of the reason for the refund request;
  • Relevant invoice number or payment reference.

NEWVISION will review the request and respond within ten (10) business days. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within fourteen (14) business days of approval.
