The nv.planning team has developed and implemented an optimizer designed to find the most efficient solution for the supply and processing of hydrocarbons products at the plant. The optimization process takes into account scheduled activities carried out on the production fields and the processing plant, while also addressing customer requirements.

The model incorporates key constraints such as plant operating modes, the enterprise’s business plan, and the component composition of products from each production site.

The primary objective of the optimizer is to generate an optimal supply and processing plan that respects all constraints, as well as to enable rapid recalculations when initial conditions change.

The algorithm is based on the simplex method and linear programming techniques, ensuring an efficient search for the optimal solution.
