Contains the following elements:

Curve type
From the drop-down list you can select one of the types:

Oil: reservoir pressure versus cumulative oil production;
Gas: reservoir pressure versus cumulative gas production;
Water: reservoir pressure versus cumulative water production;
Date: reservoir pressure versus date;
Cumulative production: input box for cumulative oil, gas, or water production, depending on the decline curve type. Unavailable when the "Date" curve type is selected;
Reservoir pressure: Calculated automatically when cumulative production is specified. Unavailable when the "Date" curve type is selected;
Import model file: to load decline curves from an existing model file.
